Происходящие в Российской Федерации преобразования, связанные со становлением цифровой экономики и переходом к новому технологическому укладу, приводят к развитию сферы высоких технологий и внедрению активной инновационной деятельности в различных отраслях экономики. Строительство относится к тем отраслям, которые создают производственные мощности, способствуют наращиванию основных фондов, обеспечивающих процесс расширенного воспроизводства в экономике в целом. Вместе с тем уровень проникновения цифровых технологий в девелопменте и строительстве остается в настоящее время одним из самых низких среди отраслей. Поэтому активизация процессов внедрения цифровых и инновационных технологий в строительной сфере стоит достаточно остро, поскольку синергетическим эффектом от внедрения цифровой трансформации строительной сферы будет являться не только повышение строительными организациями своей конкурентоспособности и укрепление позиций на строительном рынке, но и возможность снизить затраты на реализацию проекта в целом.

Economic digitalization, along with the transition to a new technological paradigm, has given rise to an ongoing transformation in the Russian Federation, expanding the high-tech industry and driving innovation across a wide range of economic sectors. However, the digitization level in the development and construction sectors currently remains one of the lowest among industries, despite the fact that construction is involved in creating production capacity and contributes to the growth of fixed assets, which ensures expanded reproduction in the entire economy. Therefore, it is necessary to promote the implementation of digital and innovative technologies in the construction sector, as its digital transformation can produce a synergistic effect reducing project costs in general, as well as improving the competitiveness of construction organizations and strengthening their position in the market.
