В статье представлен анализ структуры и обзор размещения объектов недвижимости в составе непрофильных активов предприятий авиастроительной отрасли на примере российской ПАО «Объединенной авиастроительной корпорации». Целью исследования является выявление экономического потенциала в управлении непрофильными активами. Так, были выявлены некоторые качественные и количественные особенности структуры активов, отмечена их высокая концентрация в некоторых регионах России, что визуально представлено в виде географических карт. В качестве метода исследования использовался картографический метод. Была проведена попытка оценки всей ресурсной базы авиастроительного комплекса России в контексте выявления трендов в сфере управления имущественным комплексом. Было выявлено, что имеются тренды, связанные с географическими, историческими особенностями и с кадровыми ресурсами. В качестве материалов были использованы данные, размещенные на официальном сайте ПАО «Объединенной авиастроительной корпорации». Результаты и некоторые выводы данной работы в дальнейшем могут послужить проведению более детального анализа состава имущества авиаотрасли, оценке зависимости структуры активов от типа предприятия и объемов производимой продукции, ее стоимости как показателя качественной характеристики, определения корреляционных связей и средне-достаточной для покрытия потребностей гражданской и воздушно-космической авиации с целью формирования стратегии управления ресурсной базой в части лишних непрофильных активов.

The paper analyzes the structure and overview of real estate object location in the non-core assets of the enterprises of the aircraft industry on the example of The United Aircraft Corporation (Russia). The study aims to identify the economic benefits in the management of non-core assets. In particular, some qualitative and quantitative features of the asset structure were determined. Using the cartographic method, a high concentration of assets in some regions of Russia was noted, which is visually represented in the form of geographical maps. In the context of identifying trends in the property complex management, the entire resource base of the Russian aircraft industry was assessed. Some of the trends were found to be related to geographical, historical peculiarities as well as to human resources. The data posted on the official website of United Aircraft Corporation PJSC were used for the study. The results and some conclusions of this work can further serve as a more detailed analysis of the composition of the aircraft industry assets. Moreover, in order to form a management strategy for the resource base in terms of excess non-core assets, it is possible to assess the dependence of the asset structure on the enterprise type and the volume of manufactured products, its cost as an indicator of qualitative characteristics, as well as to determine correlations and average sufficiency to cover the needs of civil and aerospace aviation.
